MinedateDelete your account in the app
The fastest way is directly in the Minedate app:
- Open the Minedate app and sign in
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm when prompted
Your account and associated data are deleted immediately and permanently. This action cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email (if you can't sign in)
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can still request deletion. Email us and we will delete your account and data:
- Send an email to startingscale@gmail.com
- Use the subject line “Delete my account”
- Include the phone number registered with your Minedate account so we can verify and locate it
We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What is deleted
When your account is deleted we permanently remove:
- Your profile (name, date of birth, gender, bio, interests)
- Your photos and any media you uploaded
- Your matches, likes, and chat messages
- Your location and device information
- Your premium/subscription records tied to the account
What may be retained
A limited set of records may be kept only where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons (for example, transaction records for tax compliance, or safety logs related to reports of abuse). Any retained data is kept for the minimum period required by law and is not used to re-create your profile.
